Welcome to CCS
Containers, Parts, and Equipment Built to Last
CCS designs and fabricates steel waste and recycling containers at our Milton, Pennsylvania facility - built to perform across commercial, municipal, construction, and industrial applications. Founded in 2011 through the acquisition of Stoltzfus Steel Manufacturing and expanded with the acquisition of Valley Can, Inc. in 2017, our product line spans roll-off containers, front and rear load dumpsters, compactor receivers, self-dumping hoppers, specialty containers, and replacement parts. We also supply Komar compactors and balers for high-volume waste reduction. Whether you're outfitting a fleet, sourcing a single replacement, or speccing a custom build, CCS ships throughout North America with the largest ready-to-ship inventory on the East Coast.
How to Choose the Right Container
Roll-Off Containers are the right choice when you need high-capacity, on-demand hauling — typically 10 to 40 cubic yards. They're the standard for C&D debris, large-volume recycling, scrap, and municipal transfer operations. CCS offers rectangular, channel, and tub-style configurations compatible with cable hoist and hooklift trucks. The ChangeUp is CCS's lighter-duty cable-hoist option for residential and smaller commercial applications — a practical entry point for haulers running smaller trucks without higher-class CDL requirements.
Front Load Containers (1–10 cubic yards) are designed for automated front-load trucks and are the workhorse of commercial waste collection. If you're servicing businesses, restaurants, multi-family properties, or commercial facilities on a scheduled route, front load is the right category. Lid style, side door options, and caster configurations affect serviceability and compatibility with your fleet.
Rear Load Containers (1–10 cubic yards) are used where front-load access is restricted or where manual loading is required. They're common in municipal collection, tight urban environments, and locations with low overhead clearance. Trunnion bar dimensions determine truck compatibility — confirm your truck specs before ordering
Compactor Receivers are paired with stationary or self-contained compactors for high-density waste streams. If you're handling food waste, commercial refuse, or other compactable material at volume, a receiver box significantly increases haul efficiency.
Self-Dumping Hoppers serve industrial and manufacturing environments where forklift-loaded scrap or waste material needs to be transferred to a larger container or truck. Available in multiple cubic yard sizes.
